Thank you Everyone for an amazing show at the MCM Expo! Thanks to the Organisers, volunteers, all the incredible Cosplayers, fans and supporters!

This was the first show that Sofie Dodgson and I have done together to promote SOLID GOLD DEATH MASK our upcoming book from 3A! Sofie's writing the story with me.

     We also signed a whole bunch of Tank Girl stuff (Sofie worked with me on We hate Tank Girl and Bad Wind Rising)  and met some amazing Tank Girls and Jet Girls!
Thanks everyone for your support and kindness... we met so many cool people!

Now getting ready for THOUGHT BUBBLE Comic Con in Leeds in a few weeks (16-18 Nov.)... see you all there!

I've not drawn Spiderman since I was a kid, and I hate Marvel (the Company, and it's treatment of it's founder artists like Jack 'The King' Kirby, not the characters...) so this is as close as I'll ever get to working for them!

Remember, Sofie and I will be there signing SOLID GOLD DEATH MASK prints and Tank Girl books at Table A2 in the COMICS VILLAGE area of the Con!
We'll be there from 2-7 pm on Friday, and 11-6 pm Sat-Sun.

 WE'RE GONNA FUCK YOU UP!

Sofie Dodgson and I will be at the MCM EXPO  from Friday the 26th til Sunday the 28th of October at the Excel Centre in London's Docklands!!

We'll have some SOLID GOLD DEATH MASK prints and Tank Girl books to sign and sketch, and I'll be doing commission sketches as well.

I've also done 4 Limited Edition A4 size Giclee prints especially for the show. They'll be £20 each, or £60 for the set of 4!
Only available at the show (and Thought Bubble in November if there's any left!)

Come along and say hello, we'll be at Table A2, in the Comics Village, inside the MCM EXPO!

I just received my advance copies of the DC Comics/Vertigo - GHOSTS One shot!
I'm lucky enough to be in it, and My and Al Ewing's strip is the opening story, ''The Night after I took the data entry job I was visited by my own Ghost..."!
  
Unbelievably I'm in a book with Paul Pope, Gilbert Hernandez, Mark Buckingham, Phil Jimenez,Jeff Lemire, and we have the last story drawn and written by my hero, Joe Kubert.
To be in this company is a real honour...and to have even the most tenuous connection to being near Joe Kubert's art is a dream come true. His work on Sgt Rock and the DC war books were my childhood favourites. I still can't believe he's gone. We're lucky to have had him, and also to enjoy this final story.
I feel so stupidly lucky to be involved.

Had our Art gallery show opening for MAGICK EYE 2 SHOW at ORBITAL COMICS  on Thursday night, and who should pop in to say hi but Norman Reedus of THE WALKING DEAD fame.
 Lovely guy…and yes ladies, he’s very handsome…


There's art by Garry Leach (Miracle Man, Warpsmiths, The Boys, 2000ad), Gaye (Advert) Black (Punk Heroine/Bass Player in the Adverts and painter!), Billy Chainsaw (Bizarre Mag etc.), Jason Atomic, Savage Pencil (NME Art god!!!), Steve Cook (2000ad designer), Shaky Kane (Kirvyesque art Buddha!!), Ryan Hughes (DC Comics, 2000ad designer), and err...Me.



We’ve got a small party at Orbital comics on Halloween, come along, I’ll sketch for a while, then drink lots…

Thank you so so so much to everyone who came to Treviso, and the incredible organisers and volunteers at TCBF...  they put on an incredible show.
  TCBF had organised sooooooo many Art Exhibitions, parties, art happenings, and they organised for artist to paint dozens of shop windows to advertise the Festival, so Treviso was adorned with amazing Art on windows ALL over the city.
 These guys know how to do a show. It was gobsmacking!!! Why the fuck hasn't London got anything like this?
 I had such a great time...and got to meet up with old friends, like Dylan Horrocks (Hicksville), Colin Wilson (Blueberry, Dredd etc) and Roger Langridge (Fred the Clown, Snarked, and The Muppets!)

 We got to go to so many signings, shows, parties... and Alberto took us to venice...what a town.

Truely one of the greatest weekends I've ever had.

Viva l'Italia!!!
